How to Create Your First Order Form
Your Order Form is your digital storefront. It is the page your customers visit to select their desired offers, provide their shipping details, and complete their purchase.
Overview
Foliodia allows you to bundle one or more products into "Offers" (e.g., "Buy 2 Get 1 Free"). When you create a form, you select which products you want to sell, configure your offers, and generate a unique link to share on social media.
Before You Begin
You must have at least one product added to your inventory. If you haven't done this yet, read Create Your First Product.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to Forms: From your Foliodia dashboard, click on Forms in the main navigation menu.
- Create New Form: Click the + New Form button.
- Basic Details: Give your form an internal name (e.g., "Summer Promo") and configure the public URL slug.
- Select Products: Check the boxes next to the inventory products you want to make available on this form.
- Craft Your Offers:
- Under the "Craft your offers" section, click to create a new offer.
- Give the offer a customer-facing name (e.g., "Premium Bundle").
- Set the Selling Price for this specific bundle.
- Select which products (and how many of each) are included in this offer.
- Customize Fields: Toggle which customer fields are required (e.g., WhatsApp, State, Address) under the Field Configuration settings.
- Save: Click Save Form.
Tips & Best Practices
- Country Codes: The form will automatically format customer phone numbers based on your product's primary country, reducing invalid entries.
- Offer Duplication: If you have a complex offer, use the Duplicate button in the form builder to quickly copy its structure and adjust the price.
Common Problems
I can't see my product in the dropdown list. Ensure your product has been successfully saved in the Products page. Only active products will appear in the form builder.
The form preview looks broken. Make sure you have defined at least one valid Offer. A form cannot be completed by a customer without an offer to select.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I embed this form on my WordPress site? Yes. Every Foliodia form functions as a standalone page, but can easily be embedded inside an iframe on your own website.
Can I change the notification email for just one form? Yes. While the form inherits your global store settings by default, you can override the notification email directly within the form builder's Notifications tab.
